Your monthly fee builds a balance

Like a lawyer on retainer: each month's fee is added to your balance, and our time is billed against it. You can use whatever you've paid in, whenever you need us.

Time is billed by the kind of work

Building and fixing things takes a developer, so it costs the most. Help and questions cost the least, and they're free with a monthly plan, so you never pay extra for asking. Every statement shows what was done.

Each payment stays available for 12 months

Every month's fee stays in your balance for 12 months from when you paid it, and the oldest time is used first. There's no year-end deadline to race, so nothing is wasted by waiting until you actually need us. Unlike a lawyer's trust account, unused balance isn't refunded.

Cancel anytime, or prepay and save

Pay monthly and stop whenever you like, or prepay a year and get 12 months of balance for the price of 10.

Monthly support starts from an organized setup

Starting prices assume your accounts are in order, after a Cleanup or because the evaluation shows they already are. A small monthly balance can keep things on track, but it can't untangle a mess.

How much there is (a five-page informational website is a different job from a twenty-page site with a blog and email marketing), how much support you want, and how tangled things are to start.
